Governmental body of the state of New South Wales responsible for the monitoring and supervision of the NSW CTP Scheme. The Motor Accidents Authority is fully accountable to the efficiency and effectivenes of the on-going management and implementation of the Compulsory Third Party scheme which is a mandatory motor vehicle insurance in all Australian States and Territories.
